A pre-approval means your application has been approved, subject to the conditions specified and documentation requested by the lender, which will be required to finalise the approval. All applications are subject to the lenders criteria and a pre-approval is not an offer of finance until such time as a vehicle has been selected and the lenders conditions have been met.
